Duke has a cadence of 208 spm (ok really 416, but in terms of how people look at cadence it is 208). For people 180 cadence is perfect. What amazes me about Duke is he does not bounce. He is just moving horizontal, no vertical. Any vertical movement is wasted energy. Watching Cocoa, she can keep up, but you can tell she is using more energy (tongue is about on the ground). She does good though for a dog that had a broken leg in 3 places and it just healed w/o setting or cast.
