During a discussion about sagging arms and why so many girls hate their arms, I explained that most sagging arms are because the muscles were never fully formed and are not fully accessible to develop. The triceps in particular are often muscles that never really develop their full function. This means that from their origin points they do not extend towards their insertion points. If they are never used at all or minimally then they really just dont work. This is why so many triceps exercises for women dont give good results. First you need to turn the muscle back on so it actually can begin to fire and form. This means that you need to work it with a ball at its origin point. You need to stay pressing into the origin point for quite awhile,(maybe 60/90 seconds) and then slowly work the ball to the insertion points. If you do this, several times, you will start to notice the form develop. Now it is ready to train and develop muscle mass and full function. Your arms will look good, too!
