During an assessment with a new patient I always ask them to perform a basic air #squat for me. The squat is not an ‘exercise’ created by a trainer or coach, but a natural human #movement. It is part of our evolutionary biology. I always find it amazing how many people cant perform this. Whether its due to lack of mobility, balance, stability or other factors it is still an important #functionalmovement that we (should) use daily!
