During my travels from #Australia to #Israel I caught up with another what fat vegans eat follower Mor V Elbaz who I met on the fb page, she took me to a fabulous vegan restaurant and a frozen yoghurt place in Israel called Leggenda. Pictured here is a soy frozen yoghurt with a middle layer of fresh figs, persimmon, prickly pears, halva and dark chocolate buttons, topped with more soy froyo then finished with chocolate setting sauce and a drizzle of maple. Woah Amazing!! Thank you #whatfatveganseat for my new friend
