Chef Jens believes in using only the freshest and best local products adding that simplicity is the ultimate challenge. “To be a chef is not just a job; it is a mission to create with passion. A good chef would need to have interaction with guests to find out new trends in order to create new dishes. Nowadays, it’s a must to meet the guest expectations. Menu is just a guideline for the guests and chefs must be able and willing to follow individual food ideas and creations to satisfy them. Being a successful chef means you have to know what your guests want to eat tomorrow” adds Chef Jens.
