Dynasties dont last forever.Its time for the Gandhi family to be toppled from the helm of affairs of the Indian National Congress.This party is an all encompassing party having a pan India presence.Slowly & steadily its presence is being lost in UP,Bengal,Bihar,Maharashtra & now Andhra Pradesh.It is a great institution with 125 year history & its too precious an organisation to be reduced to a rump.Hope these Congresswallahs become vertebrates & challenge the domination of the Gandhi family. Congress needs people like P V Narsimha Rao. Media has been garlanding MMS for the reforms of early 90s,when it was clear that the guidance & political will was from PVNR. He happened to be the Industries Minister.It was he who wound up the licence raj in a single stroke on the evening of Feb 27 1991. MMS hogged all the lime light after he presented the budget. Bibek Debroy has aptly put it,the dream team of 1991 is the nightmare team of 2014. At present this Sonia Gandhi who did pay heed to her "inner voice" & did not become PM, has not taken responsibility for any failures of this government.She has got power without any responsibility.Her son is a joke.The only thing this family tomtoms is about entitlements & SECULARISM. We are screwed on the economic & geopolitical front.The light of at the end of the tunnel is on its last leg now.Hope there is light when we come out of the tunnel in May14.
