For everyone that thinks all we do is move heavy weight slow! Read a text book, you cant move a heavy weight slow, the bar speed may be slow but the intent is fast. Youll never see E.A.T.S. athletes move slow! We all know plyometrics work, what is the eccentric speed during drop jumps? 9.8m/s. So why would you ever lower weight slowly?
