E-X-P-O-S-E-D!!!! 3 Senators And Gun Shot: The Hypocrisy Of APC and The Media. Last Weekend, a Senator from Rivers state, Sen Magnus Abe was rushed to the hospital as a result of shock from the sound of Tear Gas Canister shot in a Rally in Port Harcourt. Regrettably, Rivers state government release, claimed that Abe was shot with a live bullet and was bleeding badly. It later turned to rubber bullet, where no mark can be traced on the Senators body, in line with similar incident of rubber bullet shots. Senator Abe is current having a bed rest at London Bridge Hospital, in the United Kingdom, where his only prescribed drug is paracetamol, after initial ECG, MRI scan shows that he has no injury and have no reason to be in the Hospital. In all these, the Nigerian press, Rivers state government, Human right activists, emergency activists, APC National leadership were on the air painting the news with different colours. Punch newspapers, Sahara Reporters, Malam Ribadus Premium Times, Channels TV were all day, throwing blames and insults on President Jonathan for the offence of a Senator who refused to respect the law. Today, Senator Abe ended up paying £50,000 bribe to be admitted at London Bridge Hospital under a fake name and no mainstream media have bothered to report it. Yesterday, 2 senators from Ogun state, Senators Gbenga Obadara and Akin Odunsi, of the APC were involved in a shootout (live bullet) in Wasimi, Ewekoro, Ogun state by two of the three APC factions In the state. Sen Obadara was threatened by the LGA chairman that he has instruction from the Governor to killed him. According to Senator Obadara, My orderly was shot so were several others, including journalists.” The senator’s orderly, poor Sergeant Sunday Akinbode dutifully took the bullet in place of his boss, the senator. In the same incident, 13 Nigerians sustained various degrees of gunshot wounds in the fight between factions of the ogun state chapter of the APC. According to the Ogun State Police Command, one DPO and 4 other police personnel were injured in the APC shootout. Curiously, the compromised social media are silent about, hired analysts on Channels TV went on strike, no human rights activists have issued statements, Tinubu is not visiting anybody in hospital, the injured are still not flown to London. Punch Newspaper headline did not print in Bold, Blood Bath in Ogun State. Sahara reporters did not write on how insiders in the Presidency told them that APC meetings will end up tragically. Premium Times should have reminded us of Obasanjos letter, the 1,000 marked people and the snipers. They all scratch on the story and there they go. In a nutshell, it is to them, as if nothing has happened, while the Nollywood action in Rivers state was taken to high heavens, the above sold-out media outfits went to sleep as blood flows on the streets of Oguns state yesterday. Hope For Nigeria noted that, PDP have been having their internal problem for the past 12 months, no single party member have been physically insulted, no fighting of any sort was recorded, but as politicians, they did only talking and resolve their difference in ways and manner that suits them. The Media over hyped APC in the last three weeks have been all about killing of their opponents or faction members and destruction of their properties. Sokoto state saw APC youths destroying and looting opponents properties and shops last week in a minor difference of who will control the state party executive committee. Kano state governor had a relative and 4 other party members killed by another faction of APC in a local Mosque. Kwara state, Adamawa are no go zone for different APC factions and all these are swept under by the compromised Press. Nigerians are now aware of the hypocrisy of the Media, their lies speculative and frivolous reporting have undermined the credibility trust reposed on them
