Meet the CBO’s business needs and the complexity of new projects, system enhancements, and trading partner activities. Serve as liaisons between external customers (CBO, Emdeon, and other Trading Partners) and internal staff. Help extract and document customer requirements for system changes, develop test cases to ensure that thorough testing is performed, and produce complete, accurate documentation. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Knowledge of healthcare administration functions, including claims processing, remittance advice processing, eligibility verification, pre-authorization, etc. In-depth knowledge of X12 EDI formats and structures, EDI technology options and EDI data exchange implementations HIPAA regulations and requirements and trading partner management implementations. #WorkinginAustin
