#EDegglesscake Had been craving for a creamy spongy cake but I am novice in this field other than baking few cup cakes but EDians certainly motivated me to try something which is not my forte. cheers for that \m/ tried my hands on whipping cream first time and results are pretty satisfactory just that I knw am not good in arts.. :P but the texture and taste is unbeatable. I dont have frosting pipe or tube tried using ikea poly bag to make mehandi cone and it came out fair now I can go ahead and buy my stuffs yay.. :) I Cudnt help myself to share my not so perfect but first baby results of home made icing with eggless chocolate cake. Thanx to Nimisha my frnd for cake recipe and EDians for gorgeous icing ideas, hope so I will improve wid each baking & icing session till then am excited & happy wid baby steps towards perfection.. yay :)
