EHH ladies can I remind you that the next winter league race is on Saturday, 10th January, a 4 mile circular route starting from the drain bank, only this time it will be a mass start! Again there is a requirement for you to inform John Baker of your intention to run or alternatively please enter your name on the list on the noticeboard in the ladies changing rooms, or txt/email me and I will do it for you. The league is still wide open and at this stage anyone has a chance of winning it, but as the saying goes you have to be in it to win it!. Remember the best points from 5 of the 7 races count, so even if you have missed a race or two it doesnt matter. Come on get your names down and get running off all that weight your going to pile on over Xmas!!!! Dont let me down Im hoping for a good turnout!!
