Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services. Ensure quality and integrity of the customer contracts/ as they are entered into the system. Act as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration. Essential Responsibilities: Run project to audit all MRs installed since Q3 2012 till end of 2014. This is about 27 MRs where I need special Focus for all issues and sites ownership and develop 3 months plan to fix all of them. This is identified as major key to ensure our next MR growth, The assignment will be MR excellence: 1- List for IB focus only on MRs installed in last 2 years. MR DV. 2- Consolidating sites history and all current issues. 3- Identifying owners to fix issues one by one. 4- Drive weekly mech. To ensure execution.
