EMERGENCY TEMP FOSTER NEEDED: Champ is a victim of BSL and has been relinquished to our custody by his family after being torn away from them because of how he looks. As you can see, he doesnt do well in a kennel. He needs a temporary foster home NOW while his owner awaits DNA test results or while permanent foster is found.
