ENGAGEMENT OF TWO ‘RESOURCE PERSONS’ UNDER CONTRACTUAL TERMS PURELY ON TEMPORARY BASIS UPTO A MAXIMUM PERIOD UPTO 3 YEARS in SISCO BANK ADVERTISMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF TWO ‘RESOURCE PERSONS’ UNDER CONTRACTUAL TERMS PURELY ON TEMPORARY BASIS UPTO A MAXIMUM PERIOD UPTO 3 YEARS SIKKIM STATE CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD, NH 31A, TADONG, SIKKIM-737 102 ADVERTISMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF TWO ‘RESOURCE PERSONS’ UNDER CONTRACTUAL TERMS PURELY ON TEMPORARY BASIS UPTO A MAXIMUM PERIOD UPTO 3 YEARS APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR THE POST OF TWO RESOURCE PERSONS FOR ‘PACS DEVELOPMENT CELL’ BEING SET UP IN SIKKIM STATE CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM NATIONAL BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT [NABARD] AS PER DETAILS BELOW: 1. Name of the Post: Resource Person for PACS Development Cell 2. No of Vacancies:2 (Two) 3. Academic Qualifications: Masters in Business Management/Rural Management/Co-operative Management/Commerce/Agriculture and Allied disciplines(relaxable by the Recruitment Committee depending upon the experiences and capability of the candidate) 4. Essential Minimum Experience: Two to three years’ experience in Rural Financial Institution, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales and Retail or in other relevant developmental institutions, having adequate working experience in Co-operative Credit Sector and/ or as Bank officer having rural banking experience and being well-versed with rural banking policies, procedures and practices. 5. Language: Should be proficient in local language and should be having working knowledge in English/Hindi 6. Posting: Should be willing to work anywhere in the state of Sikkim. 7. Age: Should be up-to 62 years of age with sound physical and mental status; 8. Passion: Should have passion to work with rural communities, the job essentially involving extensive tours for developmental activities in the rural areas of the state as a part and parcel of the duties to be performed. 9. Remuneration: A Consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty-five thousand only) per month. Performance-linked incentive would be provided purely based on quality performances as adjudged by the competent authority in a structured manner. 10. Execution of Bond etc: The Appointees would have to sign Confidentiality Bond, as well as would have to deposit as’ ‘security Deposit’ an amount equivalent to two months’ remuneration. The amount would be forfeited if the candidate leaves the job without written permission of the authority, before completion of one year. 11. The recruitment is purely on contractual basis for a maximum period of three years and may be terminated by the authority at any material time within the time span, provided that the engagement would be automatically terminated on completion of the term for engagement. 12. The applicants are to note in particular that:: 12.1. The applicant must enclose with his/her application: a) Self-attested passport-sized photographs, photocopies of documents as proof of age , academic /professional/computer qualifications and job experiences etc. 2. Application containing false information shall be rejected outright. Applications initially accepted are also liable to get rejected, if any defect is detected at any later stage. 3. Applications should reach the proper quarter within 5 p.m on 31.07.2014 4. Examination/Interviews will be held at Gangtok / Tadong only. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the examination/interview. 5. Engagement, if any, is purely on contractual and temporary basis, subject to termination at the sole discretion of the Bank authority in consultation with NABARD at any material time. 6.
