Good luck xx Kath Super Easy Honey Chocolate Mousse – the very naughty dessert treat (because everyone deserves a ‘cheat day’) Here you can see one of our Barnes Naturals taste testers sampling our super easy Honey Chocolate Mousse - only a small amount of course! Ingredients 150g – dark cooking chocolate bits 2 tablespoons of Barnes Naturals Organic Honey 1 3/4 cups of cream (1/4 cup liquid and 1 ½ cups whipped) Method 1. Bring a half full pot of water to the boil, reduce to a simmer and then sit a metal mixing bowl on top 2. Place the cooking chocolate bits to the bowl and stir occasionally until melted through. Then remove from heat 3. While the chocolate is still warm, add the Barnes Naturals Organic Honey and ¼ cup of cream and stir through. Allow to cool for a few minutes 4. Whip the remaining cream until it thickens to soft peaks and fold slowly into the chocolate mixture 5. Remove paddles from beater and taste test (it pays to have a helper to share this difficult job) 6.
