Each sheet of Jams are between 2-4 applications, depending on how you use them! If you have shorter nails or are using them on your toes, you can get a LOT more uses out of each strip. My own nails are fingertip length and I can use each wrap three times for my fingers! I actually have a sheet that has been used 3-1/2 times for hands, 1 time for toes, and has enough left to do all but my big toes at least two more times. What a bargain, compared to just one manicure or pedicure!
