Briea Nathan!!! Briea is a young pastry chef who started her career at the age of 18. She was mentored under the direction of World Champion Sugar artists Ewald Notter. She has a passion for combining new flavors with classical techniques. Her past training, in performing arts, drives her passion for manifesting beautiful works of sugar and chocolate which conveys a story and is deliciously detailed. She has been seen professionally competing in Italy and throughout the United States in the art medium of sugar and chocolate, and is well known for her delectable delights. Congratulations Briea!!!
