Earl Grey Cake/Cupcakes 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup milk infused with earl grey* * to infuse milk with Earl Grey tea pour measured milk into sauce pan. Add 1 Tbsp loose leaf earl grey tea and heat over med-low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes. Milk will be a wonderful tea colour. Strain and cool completely. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time then stir in vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients, and then add the milk. Mix until smooth.
