Earlier today one of my fb friends shared a post from someone who use to be my neighbor...this person and I are not friends on fb, but just seeing him again has really upset me all over again and I am trying to shake it off! When I first got my Angel (golden ret) I did not have a privacy fence, so my daddy built her a small area of chain link with doggie door to get into garage where her food and water was kept. One day for some reason, I was outside and walked up to chain link fence and she cowed down to me...which, I noticed immediately and thought it was very strange because normally she would jump up, paws on fence! At that point, I really had no idea of why she was doing it, but then later on...she got out but I was right behind her and she ran across street to him (he was outside) and as she did...she got closer to the ground (cowed) and he grabbed her chain for me. I got her from him and said thanks...be began to tell me he was worried about her and had been coming over to give her water (it was summer and hot)...all I said was that her food and water was in the garage. At this point, I thought why are you coming over to my yard when I am not home, but when I am home you never come over and your little boy never asks Natalie to come over to play and they are the same age!! It wasnt until this man moved that the light in my head came on!!! He was bringing his little boy over to pet my dog while I am not home! Plus, (here is the bad part) he must of opened the fence and made her lay down (hit and kick her) and not jump up on the little boy!! Grrrrr!! Well, anyway...I just get very upset about it and I should of confronted him, but he had moved away before I finally realized it! Another thing that is upsetting is I know our mutual friends think he is probably a great guy...but NO!!! he is not nice at all!! His boy could of easily been picked up and held to pet angel when she jumped to put her paws on fence! He did not have to go into her space and beat her!! OK, I have vented it out!! lol Thanks for listening.....
