Critical time periods are: 1. 03:00 - 04:00 ( 4.5 - 5.5 rich.) 2. 16:30 - 17:30 ( 4.5 - 5.5 rich.) 3. 19:00 - 20:00 ( 5.0 - 6.0 rich.) - BLUE color ( 5.0 - 5.9 rich ), MODERATE earthquakes. * For evaluation we will take these standards : A. EXCELLENT if earthquake happens in the same predicted time and Magnitude -+ 1.0 rich. B. VERY GOOD if earthquakes time is in -+1 hours,or its Mag. is in range -+2.5 Rich. C.
