Earths Relief I suddenly feel connected to earth, Grounded and anchored, A little reserved, With roots in the soil, Ready for action, To make a stand for our planets infraction. Humans are cutting down trees, Felling forests and leaving the stumps, Of what was once green and plush, Animals hunting for the young, They have lost, Whilst gathering up food, For the long winter hush. When will it stop? Why do we do it? Just to make a quick buck, Well I can see through it, Animals have lived here a very long time, Wiped out by desiccation of their world, All by humans is it deserved? I am being told, Now this must stop, Poisoning oceans, Spraying your crops, The reason that illness is on the increase, Factories everywhere billowing disease. As you increase your knowledge of love, Given to earth by our creator called God, You will release the deadly cost, Of not making a stand for all is not lost, We still have a chance at saving all life, On this great planet, Lets end the divide, Plants, trees and animals, All as ONE!
