Easter Sunday Easter is not a contractual Holiday. Being paid for that day had depended on how you were scheduled.There were a number of unofficial and often problematic means of determining who would be paid. Easter Pay going forward; When the store is closed on Easter Sunday, Associates who worked 28 or more scheduled Sundays in the prior calendar year -January through December - are eligible for Easter pay.The Company will provide a list of the associates who worked 28 or more scheduled Sundays in the prior year on or about the last fiscal week of March. The Union and Company will review the Unions list of associates who may not have received pay for Easter Sunday 2013 and process pay for entitled associates.
