Eastern Suburbs and some parts of city will receive 15% less water supply on 08th July 2013 --------------------------------- Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai’s outside city section planned to undertake the work of repair to 1800 mm dia. Sluice valve at Panjarapur Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Stage III and Stage III A pumping station. The work will start at 11.00 A.M. on 08th July 2013 (Monday) and will be completed by 12.00 midnight on same day i.e. for 13 hours. Due to this work the entire Eastern Suburb (i.e. Sion to Mulund) and also wards in City area i.e. ‘F/South’, ‘F/North’ and partially in ‘B’, ‘E’ Ward will implement 15% of cut in water supply for above said period. Citizens residing at said locality are requested to store sufficient water a day before and co-operate with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
