Easy Cheesy Bun in Cup Ingredients: 300g unbleached top flour 8g instant yeast 50g sugar 30g butter (room temperature) 130g water Few pcs cheddar cheese (for filling & garnishing) Black/white sesame seed & parsley for garnishing Direction (Thermomix Method): 1. Put water, sugar, butter & yeast into TM Bowl - 30seconds, 37C, Speed 3 2. Add in flour & knead - Closed Lid, 3 mins, dough mode 3. Divided dough into 10 portions (50g each), add in cheese filling, shape & put inside the cupcake liner 4. Let them proof for 45mins, glaze with melted butter, sprinkle some cheese, white/black sesame seeds & parsley. Baked in the preheated oven, 170C, 15mins or until golden brown
