Easy (Uncooked) Eggnog ·2 Eggs (room temperature) ·4 TBSP sugar ·2 cups milk ·1 tsp vanilla extract ·1/4 tsp nutmeg In a large bowl wisk eggs and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Wisk in milk, vanilla and nutmeg until well blended. Strain into a pitcher. Chill and serve. Serves 2-4 Note: If making a large batch I highly recommend using a mixer or making several small batches if using a wisk.
