(Isaiah 29:8 KJV) Dream is another issue many falls prey to false prophets/prophetesses today. Some of the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers etc masquerades themselves as ministers of gospel deceiving their victims with the interpretation of their dreams. (Daniel 2:27) Yes, some of us reading this message might have been troubled or suffered many things these days in a dream because of the multitude of days business, words, and the thoughts that came into their mind upon their bed, what should come to pass hereafter or not (Eccl 5:3. Dan 2:1,3,29. Matt 27:19). * Know this: 1. God still speak to people through dream (Gen 20:3; 31:10,24. Num 12:6. 1Kgs 3:5. Matt 1:20). 2. We tends to share our dream with friends and loved ones (Gen 37:5,9; 40:9. Jgs 7:13. Matt 27:19). 3. Some dream flies away after one wakes up, whether good or bad (Job 20:8. Psa 73:20. Dan 2:5). > Anyone that fights against Gods people will fly away as a dream - Isa 29:7-8. 4. We do write some dreams down especially when we can tell them (Dan 7:1. Hab 2:2) 5. God alone can give the exact secret meaning of dreams (Gen 40:8. Dan 1:1-30). 6. Dreams from God comes with clarity and understanding (Gen 41:32). * Fake interpreters of dream: A. They want you to tell them the dream, for them to give you the interpretation just like the medical doctors do to their consultants; B. They interprets to receive of people gifts and rewards and great honor; C. They cannot tell the secret of the dream, so they use fear-based or fortune-based words to interpret it to benefit themselves; D. They masquerade themselves as true prophets and prophetesses of God but they are the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers of these last days. (Dan 2:6,27) * One of their lies today, especially in Africa is that; if you see yourself eating and drinking in a dream, it spells doom or you are demon possessed; But the truth is this; It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion. Stir up the anointing in you - 2Tim 1:6-7. 1Jn 2:20,27. 4. Always see Jesus Christ above whatever you see or people see for you in a dream - Col 1:27. Heb 2:9. 5. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly - Matt 17:5. Rom 10:17. Col 3:16. > If Christ is in you, do not be afraid of the bad dreams that comes to you; for you have the power over all evil, the love of God is the banner of protection over your life and the sound mind through God to the pulling down of evil strong holds; Casting down wrong imaginations, and every demonic high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every negative thought to the obedience of Christ.
