Eating Healthy is NOT THE SAME as Eating for Fat Loss. There are plenty of healthy foods that are high in fat. There are also healthy foods that are high in complex carbohydrates. Not knowing what these food are can lead to you eating too much of them. And eating too much of them can result in you NOT losing the weight that you are trying to lose.
