Eating plans!! Personally I do not believe in diets/eating plans nor do I recommend it. I believe that it is only a short term solution, and that the weight will be picked up just as quickly as it was lost, when returning back to normal eating habits. I would rather recommend that my clients eat smaller portions more regularly during the day. Eating often (3 meals a day) will keep your metabolism active, where eating only one big meal per day leads to over eating and a slow metabolism causing weight gain and/or being unable to lose weight. By now we all know why HCA plays such a big role in weight loss and why there are no side effects., that it also helps regulate blood sugar levels as well as helping with cholesterol. When using HCA+ no diet and/or exercise is required! I have however had many clients wanting to follow a diet, and even though it is against my recommendations I have found a few eating plans which many people have claimed to work. So if you are one of the few who loves to eat according to a planned schedule and weigh your food, please send me an email and I will gladly send you all the eating plans I have collected.
