Ecobank refund my money On February 28, 2014, I tried to withdraw N20,000 from my Ecobank account number 01429007485 using my ATM card. I did not get value for the transaction as the ATM did not dispense any money. However, my account was debited the same amount for the incomplete transaction. All my efforts to have Ecobank reverse this have proved abortive. I have been asked to fill forms upon forms without yielding any positive result, and yet the worse is its appalling customer service attitude to this issue. The officals don’t seem to be bothered at all. It’s almost months now, and all I ask is that Ecobank should please refund me my hard earned money.
