Eden Hazard is argueably one of the fast rising footballers in the globe. No doubt. Unfortunately, I do not see him winning a Ballon in his career. I do not want to say he is in a cursed club even when I know I should. I want to talk about what drives him to play. The lad is driven by over-ambition and over-confidence to kick the ball. He went to Brazil with the mentality of I am the man in the star studded Red Devils or Belgium national team. In the end, he is in my list of flops of the tournament. See, the guy plays because he wants to be like Messi and CR7 or better than them. He thinks he is in the same level with them when we know he has no footwork like CR7 and cannot dribble like Messi. And... will never match their records. Worst of all, he is in a club where talent is exploited and exhausted by Jose Mourinho and not nurtured. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is an amazing player whose philosophy is, let the passion drive you. That is why his goals are talked about in the whole world. See, over ambition did not soar Messi, Ronaldinho, Pele, Zidane, Maradona, Roja Milla, George Weah and many more stars to being the best. They were propelled by PASSION. Hazard is a M10 and CR7 wannabe. That is him, forever in their shadows.
