Edgar Lungu is not confused and he has a vision which is already operational. Mind you the 2015 budget is in place and this is the stepping stone for Lungu in 2015. I like the guy because, he is not swaying away from the PF developmental programs and is not talking about replacing them with his own imaginations which will be disaster if he do so. The only zombies are the oppositions especially HH who has embraced his own vomit at the expense of going to plot 1. When we talk about lack of vision the most culprit in this matter is HH whose main focus now is to finish projects he out rightly objected to. Its on record that, HH convinced himself that, constructing roads, schools, clinics/ hospitals, universities, revamping of nitrogen chemicals and Zambia Railways and creating of new district etc is not going to put food on the table but today is busy saying I will complete this and that once you give me the mantle. About, street vending; HH and his group have always condemned it openly now, since HH has smelled a cake in the. oven he is busy saying I wont chase street vendors. What has changed suddenly about street vending; we are all aware that its impossible for a leopard to change its spots. The same applies to Hateful Hyena or HH, at the moment this fool is just pretending because he desperately wants our votes but, thank God the people of Zambia have already made up their minds and no sugar coating kind of politics will sway their independent minds.
