Dominique, our crazy, sometimes lavender, sometimes pink, ever-wanderer, rescued and ransomed beyond enumeration; Pantera, my darling, midnight-black, under the bed-living, mini poo with a pistachio passion; Brynn, the beautiful, incredible, rescued dog, seizure survivor, senior momma, quiet, unassuming, tried and true; Spot, a midnight surprise from Aunt Darryl and Uncle Dave, ever so briefly ours, loved and lost in the disarray; Maafs, our first brownie, born of family stock, big, little boss-dog, who amusingly challenged the mans perimeter from under the bed every night; Tkaczuk, my first Sibe, handsome, loving, long-haired Maddanock, blue-eyed sweetheart and gentle giant, acquiescing his power to his little brother dog and bearing his little girl baby on his back without a sound, tragically lost and forever mourned; Puppet, always on a string, our little brown poo, with her floppy trachea, funny, garbage-eating, choco-candy-champagne stealer, Christmas box bed-maker and notorious popcorn string from the tree-thief, THE wild jumper and family room event runner, EVEN TO THE END; Popcorn Penny, gentle, loving and loyal, faithful companion to HER girl, stalwart and brave into old age and beyond, loved and missed, forevermore; and to all our cousin dogs who touched our hearts and shared their precious time and love with us.
