Effective today: Starting today the gym will be closed for 1 month. I plan to re open on August 11th, or the 18th. I am taking the time to focus on some medical issues I have going on. I will be going to appointments in Boston, and I am going to be working hard to get my healthy self back. I am both anxious and excited to hopefully get this all resolved. I appreciate your understanding and your support. With that said, please know that Team Sherman will continue to be working out daily (with exception of fridays) at 2:30. He is currently doing the P90X program and you are more than welcome to join him and his workout of the day. Also I will be posting workouts to do on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Feel free to incorporate those into your weekly exercise routine. I look forward to seeing you all soon. Enjoy your summer with your families and friends. Enjoy your vacations.
