Eight Tech Consults Ltd is looking for a Business Manager. Your duties as Business Manager, youre primarily responsible for coordinating subordinates work to achieve goals and the objectives of executives. Specifically you will be responsible for: 1. Responsible for overseeing operations in Eight Tech Consults Ltd according to overall strategies. These operations can include project management, work output, quality control or the daily opening, running and closing procedures of Eight Tech Consults Ltd offices. During this process, you may create and plan schedules, assign people tasks and set deadlines for various projects. 2. Assist Eight Tech Consults Ltd in achieving its goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and market penetration, among other areas. Should be able to bring in Business; 3. Selecting and hiring employees in collaboration with the Human Resource Department of Eight Tech Consults Ltd. Business Manager is supposed to inform the HR of the specific skills and qualifications needs from the candidates. 4. Coordinate all employees to optimize the use of human and material resources to achieve goals. 5. Identify employee skill gaps, plan and develop training opportunities for the employees of Eight Tech Consults Ltd 6. Shall be in charge of supervising staff, analyzing company data, planning operations and making crucial business decisions concerning Eight Tech Consults Ltd strategic direction. 7. Participate in formulating policy, plan for resource needs, set overall direction and implement strategies 8. Ensure that all Eight Tech Consults Ltd financial, corporate, legal and statutory obligations are met. 9. Manage contract performance and assurance from service providers 10.
