El Paso, TX: Construction Superintendent needed in the El Paso area. The Superintendent must have knowledge and experience in authority, accountability, reporting, and responsibilities of standards of performance. He/She will be responsible for coordination between clients, crew scheduling, sub-contractors, and material acquisition in order to ensure project is completed in a expeditious & efficient manner. Supervision of all fields of activity & problem solving is a must. Direct reporting to Company President on a weekly or daily basis. Must have the ability to direct & oversee supervision of company personnel. Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma with a minimum of 4-5 years experience. Must have the understanding of construction in the homebuilding industry and the ability to read blue prints. Will be required to travel by ground or air to field assignments when required. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and have a current DMV license & a clean driving record. Must be able to communicate with employees and sub-contractors in a effective manner. Must be able to work 8-10 hours a day in different temperatures hot or cold.
