Elisha got the mantle of leading from Elijah in double fold because he is devoted and committed to Gods business and his eyes were not on material things like his servant, Ghehazi who his servantship is to gain the mundane things, money and how to get rich quickly and leave his master is his daily ambition. Yeah! Ghehazi received death and hell as a reward for stewardship and eventually lost the grace of kingdom of God. Your stewardship in NCCF and other Christian organisation, society, Church and elsewhere can only fetch you two rewards: Blessings and curses just like the book of Deuteronomy 28, has declare it. Just as the scripture have said it that, whatever you do, do it for the glory of God And in the book of Revelation, Jesus said that,I am coming very soon and my reward is with Me to give to any man according to His work. Brethren, whatever offices you find yourself in Gods business. Please dont be intoxicated with pride because we still have people better off you out there but it is just that they dont have the grace of the calling. Looking critically to what is happening in Africa, we could see that all of here were born with stiffneckedness and enviness. This is what is effecting the gospel this days but I pray that God will heal everyone of us. Whatever position you find yourself today be it ushering, sunday school teacher, preacher, church treasurer, house fellowship coordinator, church cleaner, driver, choir, instrumentalist, media, public address/ audio mixing unit, publicity, evangelism, campus fellowship coordinator, church management, discipleship, welfare and many more.
