Ellis Announcements for April 8, 2014 PTA fundraising forms were due today. Please send them back tomorrow if you forgot. There is a pizza party for each student who sold at least 15 coupon books. Perkins Park Clean-Up is this Saturday, April 12 at 8:30 a.m. Parents…this is a GRReat opportunity for the kids to give back to the community so bring them out so they can help beautify a place which is used by many. The rain date is April 19th. Field Day: Please complete & return the order form with payment by April 21st. The Second Annual Dodge Hunger Dodge Ball Tournament to benefit Back Pack Buddies, will be held on Friday, April 25th, at 6:00pm in the high school gym. Registration is $25.00 per team and teams must have 5 members. Deadline for registration has been extended to April 18th, however, you are NOT guaranteed a t-shirt with late registration. Registration forms are available in the office. Also, last year we were able to run the concession stand through donations. We are hoping to do that again this year! Here are the items needed: nacho chips, cheese dips, hot dog buns, pretzels, japenos, individual bags of chips/doritos ($11.87 for 50), pickles, candy bars, suckers, gum, ring pops, skittles, starburst, 12oz Powerade, 12 oz pop (already purchased 140), water, ketchup, mustard, food service ware, chip trays (red/white checkered box, square), hot dog filters. If you can donate, please send the items to the high school or Ellis by April 22nd. Thank you! The district has a Recognition Committee and they are putting together a list of staff members and/or Administrators that have given 20 years and retired from CCR3.
