Email received: Would you please post on yr wall? Today my son and his friend went to Giorgios Marston Green Chip Shop. I gave them the BOGOF offer leaflet that was inside the Solihull News. It was the first time my son had been allowed to go out to the chip shop without parental supervision. When they came home they only had ONE meal to SHARE. They explained that they ordered but didnt follow how it should have been done ie one person ordering the same meal and handing over the voucher. I phoned Giorgios and asked why they couldnt have the BOGOF offer. He explained they ordered separately and didnt have the voucher handy. He said the offer shouldnt need explaining, I said the boys are 10! He also said his staff are busy and hadnt the time to explain, the boys said there were 2 or 3 assistants serving and apart from them only one other person. Busy????? The staff knew exactly what the boys wanted but didnt show any understanding or compassion that theses were two 10yr old boys!
