Emma Petchell participated with me in a 12 Week Challenge at our gym under the guidance of the same trainer Jonathon Bates. She did amazingly well, coming in the top ten nationally out of thousands of entrants. In the process I gained her as a friend. And now I am asking all my friends to vote for her to help make her the national champion. She worked extremely hard for this and showed much courage and strength when things got tough.
