Coming from poverty background isnt an issue but since 1997 he has been area mp i was in chepkoilel a student but i cant point anything he did for those 20yrs , 2008 he was minister for agriculture he saw an opportunity and became share holder of MEA fertilizer company for his well being and family to exploit farmers in his backyard instead of starting fertilizer factory for all in rift valley he uses MEA to exploit the masses , south rift kipsigis farmers controls FERTILIZER AND CEMENT solely owned by him wsr a min can not pass minus seeing the green lorries of wsr labeled MEA . coming 2013 this is also the time he controls half the government with all service ministries being headed by his sycophants. Am struggling (unless someone points out) to figure out ANY project/s he started in RIFTVALLEY that is up and running. Any roads, electricity or water projects he commissioned as area mp , agric minister or depute president? Granted, hes made alot of personal fortune over this period and his family members hold coveted jobs thanks to him. But what about that loyal supporter. What will Ruto do past depute president that hes not been able to do all this time as mp , minister and now dp. Its about time people opened their eyes or this man will lead them into a bottomless pit
