Emotionally Painful Experience #599 I was 16 not living at home..fell pregnant (to my now husband) with twin girls..some of my family disowned me..I went into labour at 16 weeks, one was born at home on the toilet (as I thought I had just a belly ache but was in labour) Other was born 8 hours later via procedure... I had kept the first baby with me but covered as I had made the choice to view the girls together. After the procedure I asked for the other twins body so I could view our daughters. I was then told the body was too mangled to look at... I chose not too look at the first born. Didnt seem fair to view one but not the other. I was then offered cremation, taking home in jar or private burial. We chose cremation. Wish I knew the things I know now back then. Some choices would have been different. Im now 27 and have 3 boys. > A
