Employee Relations Supervisor (QCLNG) Role Overview Provide leadership and guidance to the QCLNG Workforce Services team in the establishment, implementation and administration of project Workforce Services systems and procedures, in accordance with the Project’s Workforce Services Strategy Ensure compliance with, and support of Project environmental, safety and health philosophy, systems and requirements Overseeing the management of the following day to day processes: Manual Craft recruitment Selection and employment Site Access Control Craft Training Mobilization and orientation Performance management Communications program Project transportation Managing industrial risk mitigation including the development of appropriate strategies and contingency planning. Basic Qualifications Degree qualified in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or similar discipline is desirable Strong project construction Employee / Industrial Relations experience in a unionized environment; Ability to liaise with all levels of both manual and non manual personnel – all departments – to ensure the effective implementation of Workforce services systems; Working knowledge and understanding of Bechtel Industrial / Employment Accommodation / Site Access Control / Training / Manual craft employee systems and their implementation Highly skilled in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports.
