This means they can freely choose the structure, product produced and benefits acceptable to them. Do you think the typical pro-life prospective employee would choose to work for a company that produces the same contraceptives? Not likely. Why shouldnt Hobby Lobby (forget the corporate person foolishness) not be able to hold out that, If you want to work here at these hours and for this wage, here are conditions and the benefit package. Contraceptives are not part of the package. Do you still want to work here? This is fair to both the employee and the employer, up front and personal. How about working for a manufacturer of assault weapon for the obverse side of the coin?
