Employment ---------------------- Hi, I am looking for System Engineer Bill-Per-Use (BPU) Application Operations” - based in Melaka, Malaysia • The function implies all aspects of application management for the Bill-Per-Use application from business alignment to system engineering. • It includes incident and problem management (data analysis, root cause analysis, trouble-shooting), change management (requirements analysis, design, build, test, roll-out), release, deployment & configuration management as well as access management. • The job requires collaboration with the business process owner and business application owner, the internal and external user community, user interface framework (UIF) and UIF application operations team as well as infrastructure team (web server, database, hardware, external file transfer).
