Employment Opportunity PT FIRE PREVENTION INSPECTOR Twp. of Hamilton (Atlantic County) is seeking a self-motivated PT Fire Prevention Inspector. Responsibilities may include a combination of inspections of properties for compliance with the N.J. Uniform Fire Code and housing/property maintenance inspections. Responds to complaints regarding code violations & fire hazards. Issues warnings & notices of violation. Provides public education. HS Dipolma/GED, experience in construction or fire fighting a plus. Must possess a Certification from the N.J. State Division of Fire Safety as a Fire Prevention Inspector or Fire Official and a valid NJ Drivers License. Computer proficiency essential.
