End of day 10: closing in on the 100 members 👏 Sundays workout is a G & M combo: 5 rounds for time of: 50 double-unders or 100 singles* 15 wide arm chins *double unders are essentially an advanced skipping technique where by for every jump the rope completed 2 revolutions before u land, as opposed to 1.
