Endorphins..... do You know what that means? I woke up, stiff back, lower back pain.... Forcing me to really consider getting a New Mattress,...... HardCore Quality Sleep Mattress. This morning, I stood up straight,.....lol.... Slowly, I call it getting into my back, my feet, from Coast Guard rescues, jumping from Our Boat the boat in distress, I stepped into my feet,.......slowly and I stand there for about a minute, busting through the stiffness and the pain that comes from that, no biggy, used to that. Its what I do after that, that matters....... I grab my coffee. I add one shot of flavored creamer, put it in the micro wave for 30 more second for that perfect starting temperature, then.. .... Then I grab my Pipe and I step on to the porch to take in {{{ All }}} of Mother Nature outside...... Morning......... Moring sunlight is the most incredible light there is........................... In My Opinion......... aaahh,....lol!..... I feel so good right now... One Puff, and within 20 seconds, I can feel from the head down, like a blanket cascading downward, relieve the pain and replace it with an Endorphin rush.... Makes my mind think, Analyze, Figure things out, Focus on and through things...... Just me... Every Human is Different...... Mother Nature Though.................... She Is One With Me. In America,..... there are always reasons to love and to love life.. We Fight To Die For It................................
