Kindly note the official registration process we would like you know for the workshops purposes: 1. The course will be facilitated by our Green Energy Partner company (AEPS) 2. Kindly find Course Information on the attached workshop brochure (as indicated on the Program Outline) to understand and confirm the scope of the course or workshop. Kindly complete our Registration form to enable us to register your attendance (attached) - please ensure that you sign the right registration form and Fax to 086 6707580 or Email to [email protected]. Note: We have provided two different Registration Forms, one suitable for people whose account will be paid by their organisation (Form A), and another for people will be personally liable to pay their workshop/course fees (Form B). Kindly use the one that is applicable to your circumstances. 4. All participants should deposit payment of the workshop/course fee of an amount of R6800 as indicated on our invite, to be paid into AEPS banking details by the 20th of August 2013 to ensure that they are fully admitted to the course. It is important that you use your name and ID number or company registration number as a deposit reference number on your Deposit Slip or Internet / Credit Card Payments. The banking details are on the Registration Form at the end of the brochure. Note: a. Kindly fax the deposit slips or proof of payments to 086 6707580 or Email to [email protected]. b. Only participants who have paid the course fees will be registered for attendance. 5. Cancellation and Refunds are 100% made if made within 15 days before the workshop facilitation date. All registered participants who attended the workshops would be provided Workshop Attendance Certificates endorsed by ESKOM as proof that you have attended the Energy Efficiency Workshops. 7. All registered participants will also be provided with Course Venue Details, Venue Directions and Parking Details by the 23rd of August 2013.
