England has done a mistake by dropping Compton. Compton just failed one series against NZL. He did a fantastic jobby scoring two centuries against NZL in NZL. Before that, he gave great support to cook against India where they had two or three hundredPartnerships. If I was captain, I would have preferred root to bat in middle order because he has done a great job at that position. Now to change his position to opening is really debatable although he is a regular opener at domestic level. I always believe when Batsman are doing a fantastic job at that position, keep him at that same position. I would have dropped Bairstow for KP in the 11 but kept him in the reserve in case someonegot injur
