English & Nederlands RCN/Central as shared service Organization Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN/ Central) is positioning itself within the Kingdom as the shared service organization of the Caribbean Netherlands. In the framework of this, in the period February 3rd and February 7th 2014, two workers , Chynesca Cornelia, education worker and Angele Cecilia, education coordinator, of RCN Personnel and Organization (RCN P&O) are in the Windward Islands to present the sub-department education, to make acquaintance with internal and external partners and to make inventory of the education needs. Also, the distribution of certificates to workers, who have followed a course/education in 2013, will take place. RCN/Central provides support to all departments and operational units in the Caribbean Netherlands in the area of Human Resources Management (HRM), finance, ICT, facilities and communication. In the implementation of its tasks RCN/Central strives to ensure that clients experience an added value from the contribution of RCN/Central in the realization of the strategic objectives of the departments and thus to the development of Saba, Statia and Bonaire. In its method RCN/Central continually invests in the training and development of its people, in the development of relationships, networking with sister services on the islands, in the suppliers on the islands and the clients and customers. The presentation on St. Eustatius will take place on Tuesday February 4th 2014 from 9.00 until 11.00 AM in the Norako hall next to Flamboyant Boutique on L.E.Saddler road. The presentation on Saba will take place on Thursday February 6th 2014 from 9.00 until 11.00 AM at the RCN Main Office in The Bottom. RCN/Centraal als shared service organisatie Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN/Centraal) positioneert zich binnen het rijk als dé shared service organisatie van Caribisch Nederland. In het kader hiervan zullen in de periode van 3 februari tot en met 7 februari 2014 twee medewerkers, Chynesca Cornelia, medewerker opleidingen en Angele Cecilia, Opleidingscoördinator a.i., van RCN/P&O aanwezig zijn op de bovenwinden in het kader van het presenteren van de subafdeling opleiding en om kennis te maken met de interne en externe partners en om opleidingsbehoeften te inventariseren. Tevens zal er een certificatenuitreiking plaatsvinden aan de medewerkers die in 2013 een cursus/opleiding hebben gevolgd. RCN/Centraal levert ondersteuning aan alle departementen en uitvoeringsorganisaties in Caribisch Nederland op het gebied van HRM, financiën, ICT, faciliteiten en communicatie. In de uitvoering van haar taken streeft RCN/Centraal ernaar dat klanten een toegevoegde waarde ervaren in de bijdrage van RCN/Centraal aan de realisatie van de strategische doelen van de departementen en daarmee aan de ontwikkeling van Saba, Statia en Bonaire. In haar werkwijze investeert RCN/Centraal continue in de scholing en ontwikkeling van haar mensen, in het opbouwen van relaties en netwerken met zusterdiensten op de eilanden, in de leveranciers op de eilanden en in de opdrachtgevers en klanten. De presentatie op Sint Eustatius zal plaatsvinden op dinsdag 4 februari 2014 van 9:00 tot 11:00 uur bij de NORAKO zaal naast Flamboyant Boutique aan de L.E. Saddlerweg. De presentatie op Saba zal plaatsvinden op donderdag 6 februari 2014 van 9:00 tot 11:00 uur bij het RCN Hoofdkantoor in The Bottom.
